Leaving a mindful note to your husband, wife, son or daughter can be a good way to communicate our feelings. Write a note to say…. it was nice of you to help out, thanks for opening up to me, your very special to me, have a sunny day, or I’m sorry, or I know things are tough but we’ll get through this, I’m proud of you, or maybe your child makes something kind for mom or dad……..Then leave your notes in their tin and check yours later, for they may have left you a note as well.
