When I feel my brain has too many tabs open, it means meditation is essential….in need of balance.

Try closing a few of those tabs yourself if you can, breathing easier always feels healthier.

About Notes of Mindfulness

In our fast-paced lives, it can be difficult to remember to operate in the present moment. Focusing your awareness on your thoughts and bodily sensations, while still acknowledging all these feelings at once. However, only in these moments can one truly have the power to accept and make changes to how these moments will affect them. One cannot change the past nor fully know what the future will hold, however in the moment you have insight into your own conscious being.
I write this blog in hopes that whether through the Notes, Artwork, Parenthood or other notes of mindfulness you will continue to find your inner peace and happiness by living mindfully within each of your present moments.
