In our fast-paced lives, it can be difficult to remember to operate in the present moment. Focusing your awareness on your thoughts and bodily sensations, while still acknowledging all these feelings at once. For only in these moments can one truly have the power to accept and make changes to how these moments will affect oneself. One cannot change the past nor fully know what the future will hold, however in this moment one can have insight into one’s own conscious being.
I write my blog in hopes that whether through the Notes, Artwork, Parenthood or other notes of mindfulness, you will continue to find your inner peace and happiness by living mindfully within each of your present moments.
